Your first OHP visit, step by step
1. Call or book online. Mention you have OHP and give us your Oregon Health ID or member number. We verify your coverage before you arrive.
2. Bring three things. Your Oregon Health ID (or number), any photo ID, and a list of medications if you take any. That's it.
